Oh boy...this is great news. I've been following this posting since the first post and I have to acknowledge the fact that you admitted from the start that was your fault, however Apple have done superb job. It doesn't matter the "war" going between Apple and Microsoft fan base, this is a prime example of SUPERB customer service.

Well done.
