Chrome on Android Always Defaulting to Desktop View?

Does anyone know how I can fix this? To my knowledge I haven't changed anything, but now it seems like every page I go on is loading up the desktop view, when I know that there is a mobile version. I don't have the desktop view toggle enabled so I'm very confused why this has been happening.

Clear your cache and web history. Did the trick for me.

Thanks for that. I did as you suggested but it is still doing the same.

Maybe I'm imagining things but I thought that when I used to do searches it was in mobile view. Now I can't seem tog get that back.

And everything you search for on t'internet just asks how to get desktop mode permanently.

Exactly the opposite for me. Using a tablet I want to see the desktop version and am always having to change it.
