Samsung mobile keeps crashing.

My mrs samsung s4 is a year old and last week or so has just started crashing when the battery gets down to 45%.

Any ideas , duff battery ?

We had about 1000 S4's here, some of the first batch of batteries had issues but not similar to yours, replacement batteries fixed it.

Seems like a faulty battery to me anyway. Possible to try another battery?
If it's just the battery we were able to swap them out without having to return the entire phone.

Have you looked at the battery? Quite often with the S4 you can actually see that the battery is swollen, if it has the common fault.
