Thought I'd start this off

Had mine decatted and new unrestictive inlets to the back box. Its now noticably quicker, free revving and sounds raspy and throaty with a lovely bass tone.
Can highly recommend Top Gear Performance nr Doncaster.
Well pleased!

Today I have fixed the boot lock, glued the boot lid carpet back on, glued the bonnet heat mats back on, picked the seat up after being repaired, made a start on polishing the 1/4 panel, removed the wiper arms and blades ready for their replacements. May even reconnect the battery and have a go getting the n/s door to open.
Mine already has a Haywood and Scott stainless system on it with no cats and it's sounds epic!!! Hope you enjoy the sound of the flat plane V8

Drove very sensibly with the wife to her place of work.

Got told off for driving like a hooligan

Drove home ragging the arse off it. Was tempted to wheel spin it out the works car park, but I don't think I'd be able to put up with the moaning when she gets home later.

Scraped the dead flies and bugs from the front that are intent on battering the car when I'm doing 30mph....

Another 108 miles running in, now allowed 3500 rpm instead of 3000! Up to 611 miles of 1000 before the first service on the engine.

That was yesterday. It's been away for a while getting pampered, but last night I learned that when ready for its MOT yesterday afternoon (it dumped its coolant over the test station floor last attempt) it's rewarded my lavishing money on it with another pair of expensive problems which need sorted before I can see it again.

I'm expecting this summer to have cost me £2,500 or thereabouts and I haven't seen it since May.

Sorry guys - I'm not feeling very pro-Cerbera at the moment.

.... and you did all that yesterday ??

What an industrious little cabbage you are.

I, on the other hand, was driven to my MRI where the consultant said that I couldn't drive for another month banghead

I didnt do a thing except drive it onto the ramps, the guys at Top Gear did it all while I watched and read the occasional mag!
So glad I took it there though.

Put £65 of Shells finest Vpower into it, then drove it into work.
Apparently the neighbour at work has called me a hooligan in a red sports car with a chavy exhaust. The cheek as I turned it off whilst I unlocked the car, drove it quietly in to park.

Still the drive in at 6:15 was quiet and fun.

Hope it all gets good for you soon, Mr C.

I am inevitably waiting for my guages to come back from Speedy (ahem) Cables...
