Weird SMS problem with Galaxy S4. Any thoughts?

Morning all.

I've got a real oddity of a problem, whereby my wife's phone (a Galaxy S4) has suddenly stopped receiving texts from my phone (an S3). I don't know whether my number is the only one she can't receive texts from, but she is definitely getting them from at least some other numbers. I can also send texts to other people and receive them from her with no problems.

She's had the phone for 6 months, and this has only just started happening. There's plenty of storage space available on the phone.

Has anyone else had anything like this? I'm totally flummoxed! I know there's a known issue involving iPhones, but neither of us have ever had one, so that's irrelevant here, but annoyingly swamps google results!

Thanks for that. I've just checked though, and sadly it already said "add to reject list", which I guess means I'm not on there at the moment!

Do you have another phone you can put your SIM into temporarily? This will tell you if it's a setting on the phone or a network/SIM based issue. I know it seems obvious but have you done a full power off, remove SIM and Battery and reinsert and power back on again?

Switch to Whatsapp until you figure it out?

I've fixed it now. It turns out there's a "set number as spam" setting which is different to the "ignore number" setting, and she'd somehow turned that on.
