Broadband - tracing data being used by 'others'?

You're getting the stats from the ISP's online service? Do we know how accurate the timings is on that?

Did you try TonyH's suggestion yet? Or logged into the router to see a list of connected devices?

I have a free app on my phone called 'fing', can be used to trace network connections.. could be an idea to try it with all your perants devices turned off. It will show you all connected ip addresses and associated mac addresses to the router whether these are from computers, phones, tablets, printers etc.. both wired / wireless.

May give you hint at whats happening....

The OP should be able to get all that info directly off his router, but he has chosen to ignore people when they have asked that question

This would be the first thing to try, most routers have a per-device client list along with total data usage counters for each device.

Have you queried it with Newnet? The traffic monitor may be borked. This happened to BT recently.
