Anyone else having issues with android and more specifically a Galaxy S4?

Mine seems to reboot of its own accord once or twice a day. No warning just reboots.

Could this just be a bug in the current android software?

Luke.

I fixed it with a factory restore. Not saying you should, just that's what worked for me.

I get these randomly on my Nexus 4 running 4.4.4. Mildly irritating but not regular enough for me to reset the phone.

I have the same issue with my nexus 5 since the 4.4.4 update. Again, it will happen all the time for a few days then barely do it for the next month or so. Weird

My S4 has been doing that for the last 10 days, not every day but most.

Forgot to mention that reboots reduced when I turned NFC off. Mine seemed to have particular problems in cars (A-class and our gleaming pile of frenchness).

It probably needs a new battery, that was the cause in mine. When I took it out it was clearly swollen and a quick google search showed lots of other people having the same problem.

This was a while back though and I thought they had solved that issue, how old is your S4?

Mine seems to reboot more regularly in any car when connected to BT aux or similar.

The battery doenst look swollen compared to online example.

Tempted to just push Vodafone into giving me an S5.
