Help ID a Thyristor or Triac

I help Identifying a Thyristor or Triac. As not sure which it is.

The markings are

130 - 189
7S AKG VU
PHL 7S 229

Need to replace it at the same time as a relay, I don't have specs or any details other than that. Any chance someone can help?

Sorry for the delay on this, been a bit tied up with a few other bits.



It is going with a TE relay (OJ SS 112 HM) Which is a 12V coil http://uk.rs-online.com/web/p/non-latching-relays/...

What is this from?

What makes you so sure it's a triac or thyristor? Because switching a 12v relay coil with a thyristor or triac is quite unusual.

It could also be a Mosfet or a transistor.

Do you know what drives this device?
