A bit of a different poll here where I try to get my priorities straight.
I have a Nexus 5 as my personal phone with GiffGaff. It's amazing and completely ermahgerd so is staying.
I had a Nokia 920 which I found to be a pleasure to use. Lots of people slated the WP8(8.1) alternatives but I think they really are a fresh of breath air compared to the usual Blackberry drizzle and iOS poop that everyone has. I think the build quality was fantastic and the simplicity of getting stuff done with regards to sending emails etc was nice. Nokia Here is a lovely App to use also. Thumbs up WP8.1.
The new Nexus 9 is round the corner and I really would like one, but I'm not sure I can justify having 2 phones and a Tablet to lug around to places, so this got me thinking.
I don't really need a phone to make lots of calls from. If on the odd chance I need to make a call on one of the above phablets, I could just use the hands free option to look like less of a tt. biggrin Primary use will be to browse the Internet and send emails on the move. I've got a gmail account and an outlook account as well as the Nokia account that came with the 920. Occasionally, I may want to watch a movie.
So, which would you pick?
TL;DR - Which of the above would you choose for business use and why?

If you like your Nexus 5 why not get a Nexus 6? It's phablet sized. Failing that, the Oneplus One and Oppo Find 7 seem like good choices.
Sony and 1320 are £200-ish. The 1520 can be had for £300. N6 is going to be pushing £450.Really? I mean, yeah, it would be a nice addition to have the N9 in my mits but then I'm going to be carrying 2 phones as well. Not all the time, obviously but when I do it'll be such a ballache.
So keep the N5, use the Vodafone chip in the N4 and buy an N9? That's a lot of Android Lollipop coming my way soon if I do decide to go down that route.
Interesting.

Interesting.
I recently got a Sony Ultra Z on sale for use as my work phone. Apart from the obvious Dom Jolley references it has been fantastic, ideal for web and email (which is what I wanted it for) and with a headset it can stay in my bag for phone calls. The battery is amazing too, compared to my iPhone which charges at least once a day, this thing lasts 3-4 days so far.
Really pleased with it.

I have a Note 3 and the missus has a Z ultra. The screen on the Z ultra is lacking compared to GN3, there is no flash on the camera and the camera quality is generally quite poor. The UI is cack. Would not recommend.
I would go for either the Nexus 6, or the Nexus tablet. My next device will definitely be a Nexus, I'm fed up of manufacturers putting their st 'flavour' on top of stock android.

Having not used either my requirements for a camera aren't high at all. Just the basics with ease of use and larger screen estate so that I don't have to focus so hard on the writing.
Screen quality (subjective, as I prefer Sony panels as opposed to Samsung's jump at your eyes approach), battery life and connectivity are all that really matter at present.
