It'll do the basic but the spec is crap. It may lag sometimes too. I bought my lads a similar one last year and they slowly stopped using them as frustration and lack of patience kicked in.

Some of them don't have access to the play store either.

As above. Not enough RAM and not a powerful enough processor.

Once you stick a few games on it, it'll just lag.
