4G Dual active sim phone?

I'm searching for the above but it seems hard to source, has anyone got one or know of models that fit this description? Most dual sims seem to be dual standby, not active.
Would prefer to source within UK as well.

I'm really liking the LG G3 dual sim, but I might wait for the Galaxy note 4 dual sim (hopefully they'll make one!)

I've had a HTC Desire V dual sim the last couple years but want a premium level handset next.
