OCZ Vertex 30GB SSD Data Recovery problem

OK Sad tale of woe. I have been whipped about backups so no more lectures please 
My ssd died and is not detected by pc or any external plug in readers so dead as a door nail.
I suspect controller chip failure.
Now there are two identical working drives (firmware unknown) on e-bay so the crunch question is
Looking at the pic could the controller chips from a good drive be transferred to this board?
Or could the 16 memory chips and firmware/bios chip be transferred to a good board?
Who could/would be willing to do this? Cash supplied of course.
The usual recovery places are very expensive and I see no other way of even attempting to get the data.
