I'm looking for an app that allows me to update my weekly/monthly jobs from my phone or that allows our office manager to change.

Basically im out and about laser template jobs and have to book in when the job will be ready, the trouble is some customers chqnge dates while I'm out so often I'm double/triple booking jobs and dont realise until I'm back at work.
so then have to waste time phoning around and upsetting people.

its a Samsung Android phone.

thanks
Alex

Google calendar, book jobs in as meetings i.e. 2-3pm Weds, Cut Bobbins template. Then both of you access the same calendar, so if he moves it from 2-3 to 4-5, you can see that.

Fantastic thanks biggrin

If only I'd realised it was that easy, any tips on getting rid of the ugly themes

I don't have themes. Are you using some Samsung branded calendar app instead (they do have an awful habit of doing that)?

Was going to say that all can be done in Google Calendars, you can create a specific calendar in your account called something like "work" and you can share the work calendar with anybody you want. meaning that anything that's not on your work calendar wont be visible to others.

Yeah, was gonna say, Google Calendar works well enough; I use Samsung's S Planner and it syncs nicely.

Its just on the schedule part , it goes into images of the weather for that month.
