Best way of converting sim to microsim?

If you get a new phone and want to put your old sim in it but the new phone needs a microsim, is there a way of getting another sim and copying to it?

Plenty of people and shops have a cutter.

I downloaded a PDF template and cut it b hand. A little nerve wracking but worked perfectly and not at all difficult.

If you cut it, surely it wont fit in your old phone and the process seems a bit final.
I found some adapters on ebay for microsim to sim but wondered if anyone knew of a way of copying sim to microsim

Why don't you just call whoever your phone network is and ask them for one?
