Galaxy Tab 10.5 S

Hi all
Bit of advice and experiences if anyone has any, I use my wife's iPad Air currently for light browsing etc and occasional apps, I've got a an iPhone which I'm considering a change to an S6. In the market for my own tablet and really like the sound of the tab s, I've had a poke around in the shop but you can't do that much when on the stand, is switching to Android a no no for a longtime Apple user?

Depends how much money you have invested in iOS apps.

The advantages to android are also it's big disadvantages, it's open and has lots of options for customisabilty but also unsecured and overly complicated and slow.

What an odd post. Could you be less specific?
