Xbox one hide ip

Are there any program's I can run on my xbox one to effectively hide my IP address?

I've found one that runs on an xbox 360....but at a loss for the one.

Nothing Xbox specific, but could you just route all your traffic through a VPN? You'd need a fast one with decent bandwidth for gaming though. Just switch the VPN off (or not) when you're done gaming.
