It is possible to have 9.1 if they are in the beta programme.
yes but if i'd installed that, i wouldn't be complaining that it's unstable.

I've lost the notification sounds on my Outlook app and on WhatsApp. Everything is set as it should be and I still get the banners coming up. Just no sound.

9.1 is on its way, but has been for a while and looks like its mainly for the iPad Pro...

Maybe but it's bad form to dump stuff onto people's devices without asking and with no means of removing them if they're neither wanted or needed.
That's root-kit type behaviour.

I have dumped them into a folder with 18 other apps I have never installed or used, as there's no way to delete them.
They're just sitting on my ipod taking up space, space that could be better utilised for other things, like another dozen or so albums.

And just to underline how crappy Apple are, they can't even get the nomenclature right. The app is called 'Find iphone'? I don't have an iphone, I have an ipod! And I'll never lose it, as it has a rather hefty Fiio headphone amp strapped to the back of it!

18! What are they?

My iPod does not use iOs.

Anyone else's iPhone lost track of time since the update? My iPhone 6 is now on 9.0.1 and the clock is slowly gaining time (it's currently about 45 seconds fast). Previously it was always spot on.

Also, the auto-lock is set to three minutes, it now turns off after half that time. Again, previously I had no issues.

I have another Iphone (4S on 9.0.1) which is still working fine. Its clock and auto lock both work normally.

You can always buy another device.

However I think you find most software developers install bloatware. In a recent test Apple actually come out best for useable space. So again go and buy another device and then you'd realise you have more space than you realised.

Last week I installed iOS 9.0.1 on my IPad and having problems,it's gone all clunky .
It's taking a lot more time to perform simple instructions and it's not as stable as before.
Anyone else had this problem on an iPad ?
Anything I can do about it ?
Is it possible or advisable to revert to older system ?

Have you tried a reboot? Hold down the power and home button for 10 secs. Fixed some chunkiness on my iPhone 5.

Then there is another setting reset in the menu. That seemed to sort my battery drain. But it does clear out other settings, but leaving the apps in place. Read what it does first!!

Anybody else experiencing a problem with text messages coming through, either on the lock screen or in Notification Centre, without contact names attached but rather just phone numbers? They display properly once opened, and the problem disappears once I switch over to iMessages. But for the dozen or so friends I regularly receive texts from on Android, it's frustrating.

Well it seems you have a lot of dislike for your apple device that maybe it's just not for you?

Android devices are very good these days mp3manager, is there any particular reason for sticking with iPhone? As ecsrobin has pointed out, you don't seem overly happy with iOS.
