So is that a 5 case with 6s internals right? (In basic terms?)

Basically the same although the SE doesn't have force touch, front facing camera isn't as good as the 6s, no barometer (didn't even realise my 6s had this..), first generation touch ID (2nd on 6s which is quicker), and no "LTE advanced" - I ordered the SE and if I get on with it will sell my existing 6s because none of these things matter to me and I really want to try a 4" phone again. The 6s is great but I find myself continually using reachability which is a bit of a pain, and it's also really slippy so I need to use a case. Force touch is more of an annoyance to me rather than a feature.

What does the 6 (not 's') have? That's what I have at the moment and have never had any problems with it at all.

I also have a work 5S and have never had any problems.

The 6 has the first generation Touch ID.

Not quite the same, it has no 3D touch, front facing camera is a lower resolution and it has no barometer. Personally I won't miss any of these, and I've ordered the SE. It's the phone I've been wanting Apple to bring out since the iPhone 6 was released - I just do not want a phone that big. I've been happy with my 4S up to now with only 4G and general sluggishness on the latest firmwares pushing me to upgrade. The fact that it costs less than my 4S did when I bought it at launch is a bonus!

I love people saying the iPhone 6s is big. I think my 6s Plus is bordering small rofl

My SE arrived this afternoon and I think I will keep it and sell the 6S. It's only been a few hours and I've already got used to the smaller screen. I much prefer the size and the ability to use it one handed (and it fits better in my jean pocket); in any case I have an iPad Mini which I tend to carry around with me so I don't really need the bigger screen.

I bought the 16gb version (coming from a 64gb 6s), and without videos synced (which I will use my iPad for), I still have 5gb free so should be okay.

16GB is ok if you don't plan on taking a lot of photos - with a 12mp camera that space will fill up ridiculously fast otherwise. I went for the 64gb myself as I think you can never have too much storage space.
