Ordered standard delivery on Monday (7th), DHL tracking says Clearance Processing complete today (13th).

Fingers crossed it arrives by the weekend!

See, this is the thing that irks me about Oneplus.

I ordered mine on the 2nd, it only changed to complete on the 11th and is still at "Clearance Event" in Shenzhen - also with standard delivery.

I'd love to know how their internal dispatch systems work.

Perhaps they have a certain quota or similar for each destination before they get released for dispatch? Makes sense to send more in a crate (or however they're sent)?

They did say on their blog that they had a HUGE volume of kit arrive in the warehouse

UPDATE - I ordered on the 8th, this morning my status has changed from "pending shipment" to "processing". That seems a bit backward to me.

Mine turned up Friday. For reference, I ordered on the 3rd and received on the 11th. Standard delivery, just the phone.

As with all phones, everyone wants something different, for example the Galaxy s6 wins lots of best phone awards, but I hated it and got rid after just 2 days. Take reviews with a pinch of salt, and make your own mind up

It also seems like for US reviewers it has more to do to win them over, it's had a $90 price hike there whereas in the UK it's only £20 more than the One was.

's alright I guess... there is a small blemish under the glass (possibly in between the screen and digitiser) which you can see when the light hits it - I noticed it straight away when I took the protective wrapping off, but other than that it's fine. On second glance, I think this might actually be something stuck under the factory fit screen protector. I'll find that out when I come to take it off to fit the glass one.

Just doing the 2.0.2 update now.

ETA: Dunno what people were on about regarding the phone not getting hot during use either, all I'm asking it to do is download the standard updates over wifi and the upper left corner of the phone is already warm to the touch.

Fingerprint sensor is working fine though, no issues there. I haven't fitted the Kevlar cover yet nor the screen protector - it's just the basic setup stuff at the moment.

Fitted the Kevlar cover, it's nice in the hand but it is slippier than the factory Sandstone cover. I've got it in the Orzly case at the moment though so it's fine, the side switch is a little difficult to use with the Orzly case fitted though.

Further ETA: Seems to have cooled down dramatically now, it was hitting 40oC earlier but now it's down to the high 20s, low 30s. Still warmer than the OPO but not by 15+ degrees!

I think some of the fingerprint sensor issues are down to how it is trained, I changed up how I press the button, different angles of my thumb etc during the learning process and it is fine. To test, I trained my other thumb holding only the pad of it to the sensor. When I tried to unlock it with the tip of my thumb, it quite rightly said no - as that hadn't been learned. So, if people do get issues with the fingerprint sensor, use your whole finger, tip included during the learning process and you should be fine.

I have now had two Oneplus 2's delivered after receiving invites from signing up to the waiting list. Not had chance to open either yet.

Interestingly though I have this evening received a shareable invite (sadly someone had already asked for it ages ago so can't share it on here). Good to know that shareable invites for the two actually exist now though and any more I get will come here.

I have an invite too on my second account that I can't afford to buy, if anyone wants access to my account to use it I might be open to that idea. I'd prefer if it was a forum regular to be honest, just because I feel it's a bit safer.

Alternatively if someone wants to paypal me the money I can order one for you, but that would takr a lot of trust I think!

2nd update. Overnight it changed from processing to sent. It's appeared in Heathrow for shipping out to Germany. I'm not sure if it's come from China or the UK now.
