Best/most reasonable cat5e cable?

Rather than buying shielded keep the cables a minimum of 150mm from all power cables
you don't need to be that far away !I have never had noise issues bar when a client for neatness curled a cat5e and power together !! that caused mega issue but the 1st time I have seen issues in 30 years.
50mm is fine unless it's all parallel long runs.
most places run power and cat5e in the same 3 section conduit.
Its not just for noise its also electrical regulation not to run them together
If you run them in the 3 compartment trunking its different, you have a barrier between the cables
We have a tick box on a our electrical certificate that states something along the lines of:
"Band 1 and band 2 insulated cables are separated"
Not exactly that but words to that effect

Thanks for the comments guy, on a whim I checked the price of cat6 cabling and it isnt half as bad as I thought it was - no more then 15% more expensive really.
I can't see myself needing more then cat5e for the foreseeable future but if its only an extra £10 for the cable drum then I might as well go with it. I understand it is more delicate then cat5e but is there anything worth knowing prior to buying it?
Specialist plug needed? Backwards compatibility? Installation requirements etc?
Thanks again.
edit to add; Main use will be internet to devices (max internet available to us is fibre @ 30mbs), then sharing the Sky box between rooms via HDMI-over-twin-CAT cable, and providing internet to Fire TV box in each room. Then a cable or two spare for future devices (network enabled AV amp etc)
So in total looking at 4 cables to bedrooms, prob 5 cables to the lounge & snug, along with a coax cable to each place back to the loft.
