You may or may not be aware (because they've kept this rather quiet tbh) but free upgrades are now available to all who choose to opt in.

I.e., if you're on 100Mbit you get 150Mbit, if you're on 150Mbit you'll get 200Mbit.

What are you waiting for?

"Hold on tight

Your speed boost is on the way…

We’ve already started boosting speeds in your area.

We’ll be in touch between July 2016 and December 2016 to tell you when your speed upgrade is ready."

Your speed upgrade will be ready to take your connection from up to 100Mbps to up to 150Mbps. It's all thanks to DOCSIS® 3 - the magic in our cables.

Look out for it between April 2016 and September 2016.

I was chatting to Richard Branson about this just yesterday.

When I say chatting to him, I was listening to his recording while queuing on the phone. irked

Nice!

I've got to wait till the end of November according to their site.

Absolutely no complaints about the speed and reliability of my current 50Mbps service at the moment but I'll certainly take a free upgrade smile

I assume you're going from 152Mbps to 200? Should be silly fast.

Where does he live? TBH my comment was tongue in cheek, 152Mb is plenty for me, in fact I'd be happy with 30Mb. I don't download much.

Pretty sure you'll be signing yourselves up for another 12 month contract though.
