iPhone 6S Plus / new iOS - Bluetooth not working?

New iPhone 6S Plus; will not find either of my cars Bluetooth. Or the Bluetooth on a headset... any reports of Bluetooth issues???

One of my customers reported today that their recently updated 5S is dropping off from their built on Bluetooth whenever they receive a call. There must be something!
