While you are waiting you need to sort out out your website - it says:

"[contact-form-7 id=”46? title=”Contact form 1]" at the bottom
which page please? I'm not seeing this, but have heard a couple of people say the same thing.

I too can see it. I just followed the link in your profile, so it's on the main front page.

ETA: Here you are - obligatory screenshot.

Can you get into the BIOS? If not then I'd say that the motherboard is dead.

I'm going with the tv/hdmi incompatibility theory, I think code 99 is a red herring - I'm not certain it represents an error.
The BIOS is probably sat waiting for you to configure it before it can proceed to boot stage.

No video to see the BIOS. Will await the HDMI adapter until I give up..

One last thing - does the TV have multiple HMDI connectors? Is it possible it's not looking at the right one? The TVs we have at work have 4 HMDI connectors and you have to manually select which one is in use.

It's very common problem, once you get things up and running with the os loaded and the graphics drivers installed you should be able to go back to a normal hdmi cable as it will be able to perform the hdcp handshake

The problem is not with your new PC, but with your TV
Your pc will happily work with a non HDCP compliant display, but the tv will only accept a HDCP source, it's a anti piracy control measure put in by the tv / movie industry
