Best way to install Infinity?
Discussion
Ok so a quick update. I have had 4mb/s service for the last 10 days or so as a stop gap.
BT have told me the FTTC is coming live later next week.
I extended the master socket using the data extension thingy.... using phone cable. I saw a drop off to 2mb/s so decided that was a bad idea so disconnected it.
Once infinity comes online is it going to be better to run CAT 6 or will the phone cable (proper BT cable) be ok? I don't mind losing 2-3mb out of 60-70 but if it drops by half that's obviously a bad idea.

Wowzers they are making this difficult...
Snippet from the openreach site....
"FTTC Range A (Clean) 80 73.1 20 20 -- Available
FTTC Range B (Impacted) 80 58.6 20 17.2 -- Available
There is an open order on your line which is due to complete by 30-Mar-2016."
BT told me the service would be sorted by yesterday, OR site agreed.
As yet no change... not really sure why its such a problem but I await their response today.
