iOS 9.2.1update won't update

iPhone 6 keeps telling me I need to update.

So I say yes, it tries and then fails every time.

So far tried the following.

On charge
Off charge
Over night
On wifi
Off wifi

Cleared out a bunch of photos, so I have about 14gb free.

What could be stopping the update?

No unofficial apps,
Never been repaired.

Try plugging it in to your computer and doing it via iTunes instead

Your phone is scared it'll turn into a brick
