I moved from a Nexus 5 to a 6P. I was initially concerned about the jump in size but it fits nicely in the hand and fits easily in all my pockets.
It's a great bit of kit. I don't get excited by phone purchases, but if I can get two years from the 6P like I did the N5 then I'll be quite happy.
(My N5 still trucks along happily by the way, on MM, except for a smashed screen)

I went up to a 6p recently, is very nice and good at what it does.

Very glad I made the change, I did briefly look at some type of iPhone - glad I didn't buy one!

The charging cycle and battery life of a 6p might sway you too!

As a OnePlus 2 owner (and previous One owner) I would go with a Nexus. You can't trust the updates that OnePlus push out and they're in no rush to hotfix major bugs. They did much better when they partnered with Cyanogen. Shame really.
My OnePlus2 (purchased on impulse) to replace my OnePlus1 arrives today : (

I'm going to try it for a while as at least they are going for retail price on ebay and the like.

The battery life and charging speed is amazing on the 6P, definitely.

I've had the same dilemma, but after more research, I've gone with the Moto X Force. Very impressed. Great screen, huge battery, Marshmallow. Recommended.
