VOIP Packages

I currently have broadband package from TalkTalk, which includes broadband and unlimited national telephone calls.

We've recently spent a year in France where we had an Orange broadband package, which included local TV, broadband and unlimited telephone calls worldwide on a VOIP basis.

Is there anyone in the UK who provides a similar package?

I guess I could keep my current broadband package and get a Talk World package from these guys;
