I'm looking to buy an extension cable the same as this but shorter and cheaper and found this one on Ebay but can't be sure it's the same.

Hard to tell from the photos, not sure the aspect ratio of the Amazon photo is 100% correct and it might look a little thinner than it actually is?

The ebay item says 2.1mm, can you measure what you have (assuming you haven't already done so)? Guess it depends if you want to take a punt for £3.50.

Correct.

Common sizes are 1.2mm, 2.1mm and 2.5mm (there are others). Definitely not the first though (ETA: unless the camera is playing tricks with my eyes)
