Amazon Prime Music

I've got Amazon Prime for the deliveries and video and I'm just trying out the Music service to see if I can cancel my Apple Music.

Streaming in high quality setting is fine but when you download music for offline playing, it seems much lower quality. Does anybody know the bitrate for downloaded music as opposed to streaming?

I can alter the streaming quality in settings but can't see an option to change downloaded music settings.

Any comments most welcome.
