My Wileyfox Swift running CyanogenOS came with Trebuchet and Google Now, and I went with Google Now as the migration from my old phone had put all my icons on that one and I was lazy. smile

I've no complaints with Google Now - it does everything I want.

Most of the icons on my home screen are folders, which suits me fine. Keeps things uncluttered.

Because of this thread, I decided to try Nova. Within an hour, it was my default launcher, and Go was removed.
The battery life of my phone (S6) has improved considerably, and it is much swifter too.
The folders that can be made to look like single apps with the ability to swipe on them to open for the rest of the contents is brilliant.
I did a complete overhaul, looking for new wallpapers too. I came up with the Minima live wallpaper app. It is ultimately configurable, and really fun.
I found Drupe as well, and it is now my default contact/dialer app. It is a window to most of the things you can do with regard communicating to your contacts.
Since reading this thread, I have a totally different looking and performing phone, that has a much better battery life.
A bit of luck was that the Prime/Pro version of Nova was on sale, so it only cost 50p smile

Which also prompted me to go for the full version after being very impressed with the free version over the last couple of weeks.

Just added Tesla Count to get the notification numbers back, too smile

As the OP of this thread I am also now on Nova pro.

Never cost me anything because of google rewards.

This is a fantastic little app that asks a few questions every few days and gives you money direct in to your google play account to spend on apps/music/films etc.

It uses your location to see where you have been then asks questions based on that.

As someone who lives in hotels and restaurants through the week my location is constantly changing so get lots of questions but definately worth installing either way.

When you first install it there is a few random questions to proove you are not a robot but then the normal ones come through afterwards.

Always come in handy for those free apps that have good paid upgrades.

Based on this thread I installed Nova Launcher and the pro version. Then added Tesla Notifications.

It's great, makes the phone more slick (or something). If it does nothing else for me, it'll stay for the improved battery life. I normally get 24hrs out of a change, so far in nearly 18hrs I've used 30-35% battery.

I'm struggling to see why a replacement launcher could double battery life unless there was something seriously wrong with the one you were using. I generally flit between Nova, and Smart Launcher depending on mood. Neither of them give any noticeable battery gains over stock on any phone I've ever used. It suggests an underlying issue.
