Firefox and Metronet
Discussion
Can anyone access www.metronet.co.uk on Firefox?
It's the one site I need to get to to sort out a problem and it's the only website FF won't find... 'server not found'...

Unlikely the subdomain will 'work' for you if the main domain doesn't, but here's the link to their password reset form just in case (I'm on FF 47.0 BTW and the whole site seems to be up from here - sounds more like you have an ISP issue, which I'm sure doesn't sound very helpful right now!)

What if you change your DNS server on your computer to 8.8.8.8 through your IPv4 network properties in control panel.
That's a bit out of my comfort zone... what will that do and do I have an IPv4 network? I have 'network connections' with Local Area Connection. (XP Pro) .I don't want to risk breaking the other 99.99% of the internet!Gassing Station | Computers, Gadgets & Stuff | Top of Page | What's New | My Stuff
