One Plus 2 - Cant see it when connected to a PC

My One Plus Two recently updated to a new OS.
Now wheni plug it in to my PC via USB cable and look for pictures i have taken ,i cant find the folders?

Any ideas what to do?

Is there a notification when the phone is connected on the phone saying it is in charge mode?

You should be able to touch the notification and change it to data mode.

Developer Options
USB Configuration select MTP or PTP
