Small thing but I like the "lift to wake" feature. I'll make lots of use of that as my default is to press the home button and with the increased speed of 6S fingerprint recognition this quite often unlocked the phone when all I wanted to do was check the screen/ time.
Do you have to enable this? It does not seem to work on my iPhone 6?

Yes it's in "Display & Brightness" listed as "raise to wake"

Yup, hence PB 5.
I'll update to that, then see if 10 follows later.

10 will not follow automatically, you need to install the beta profile for 10 from beta.apple.com (you will need to delete the 9 profile first).

Bah!

Cheers for the heads up, I'll have a tinker later.

Not yet. I've used Facebook, photos, messaging, Mail, Natwest, Paypal & eBay
Facebook crashes 75% of the time on iPad and phone no big loss though NatWest I can logon but to view more than just my account summary it crashes. Tetris crashes occasionally and rotation is not as buggy as before but occasionally gets stuck on landscape so need a reboot.
Facebook is fine for me, in fact, better than before.
My biggest gripe previously, was opening links to web pages, it would just hang.
No longer the case it seems.
Facebook updated for me today and is now working without crashing. On my iPad air2 I like the option to hold on a link and select open in split screen.

Largely happy with it, but raise to wake isn't supported on the 5S, which means my process of unlocking now requires home button -> Touch ID -> home button.

I've noticed on my 6S that it thinks I want to move/ delete an app without much of a "hold and press".

Some videos (mainly facebook I think) won't play in landscape.

Touch to wake not an option on the 6, it seems.

My already apalling battery life is noticeably worse since the update.

Same here, not sure if it's due to me checking more stuff out or not.

Been using the public beta for a few days now. Overall I like it so far. Haven't seen any worse battery life yet either.

Yep, that's very annoying. The 5S and 6 Touch ID sensors are slow enough that you can easily tap home to view the lock screen without unlocking it anyway. I hope they add an option for that makes Touch ID skip directly to the Homescreen.

Then again this annoyance would be a perfect example of Apple's planned obsolescence via software updates so I'm not holding my breath.

Won't install on my SE, downloads, gets to the end and displays an error. Have tried a few different networks now, restarting, removed and re-added the profile a few times.

Installed OK on my 6+, there seems to be a bug with apps not rotating correctly and the Autotrader app seems to be a bit broken when viewing an image full screen (the buttons to return to the ad are covered by a white bar, but still work if you guess where to tap).

I've got it on my iPhone 6S

Got a couple of niggles I'm noticing

Sometimes when clicking an app icon, it immediately goes into 'wobble' mode to move or delete apps, as if I'd held it for far longer than a tap

and, ironically, I can't log into Feedback Assistant to report that I can't log into Feedback Assistant nor report the above bug smile

I haven't installed the public beta myself (had a dire experience with iOS9's), but I read Ars Technica's preview and I seem to recall them saying the option was in Setting>Accessibility?

Facebook app seems to be rubbish at opening web page links.
It was never brilliant, but I tend to give up now.

I have put the excessive battery drain down to me messing about with things as with normal usage it seems the same.
