Laptop to tv connection

I have an old lcd TV that does not have hdmi, just a vga pc port , s-vhs and component connection ( red, white audio, red, white, yellow audio/video) and two scarts - No usb or free view!!
My laptop has hdmi out, vga out and some usbs.

Can anyone recommend a suitable laptop to tv cable to watch plex or any video/ Tv on the bigger screen from laptop?? I was going for the vga to vga but have doubts whether this will do the sound too!

Any ideas??

VGA doesn't carry audio, but you should be able to use an audio jack to phono lead alongside it.
