Couldnt see a thread, launch tomorrow, anyone thinking of ordering one ?
Any predictions ?
I may be tempted, I really do like my 6, considering I used to be a bit anti Apple I have to say I really do rate it, even if it pains me a little to do so.
So will us "Sheeple" who cant think for ourselves and are prepared to pay over the odds for stuff Androids do better for less be excited or dissapointed ?

I have a 6S and from seeing rumours, its not going to offer anything new.
I cant actually see how it could be faster either, my 6S is near enough instant when doing things.
I think it will be recieved quite a bit less enthusiastically than in previous years - especially as it would appear to be the exact same design as the 6 and 6S.

Don't think there's anything that I've heard about the 7 that will offer me anything over what my 6s offers, but I am interested in which of the rumours will actually pan out
I won't be buying one as I wait for the 'refresh' before buying a new one so that the initial bugs are fixed - so if I do go for one it will be when the 7s comes out.

Yep same boat. Have a 6S and not seen or heard any rumours to say the 7 will be massively different. To be honest my last phone was a Sony Xperia and apart from different OS (Android to IOS) my 6S isn't doing anything massively different to it, hell even my previous 4S wasn't wildly off.
I think smartphones have basically got into a bit of rut, slightly better screen, slightly faster processor or a bit more space but I've basically changed them just for the sake of changing them the last two times rather then any outstanding\must have new features and not sure I want to do that again. It would be great if someone broke rank with all these crappy little incremental improvements and did something a bit groundbreaking again like they did with the original iphone.

Just hoping for a new macbook pro
This.I care more about this than the iPhone to be honest. It's been an age since it was updated, it's frankly ridiculous now - the current model is several generations behind in terms of CPU. You can't call it a Pro machine.

+1 Been waiting to hear news about this for ages. Unfortunately from what I'm reading the phones are where they make their real money and macbook pro sales are becoming more and more irrelevant due to various reasons.
I was convinced they were going to announce something at WWDC, but they didn't. I'm at the point where I don't even bother to read the rumour sites because they've been shown to be as in the dark as everyone else.My MBP got stolen in 2015 and I hadn't replaced it because I figured a replacement was imminent. It is as you say that clearly it is an afterthought for them now in terms of their revenue streams. The Mac Pro likewise hasn't been touched since launch.
Apple as a company are falling into a rut and even as a die hard Apple user, I welcome it as it may cause their crown to fall and push them to start innovating and moving things forward. I fear without someone like Jobs in control of the rudder, it won't happen though as he basically handed Cook and Ive his roadmap which has just about played out now.
They've become complacent with regard their die hard user base and focus more on the throw away toy market now. The last Mac Pro was a joke tbh and it shows with sales for the previous gen pushing prices up as they're not the go too machine for expand ability, the air cooled of the Mac world... I coined it first
I still have my 5S and until they make it obselete with OS updates and force the change, I've no reason to swap.

This is the reason why I have ordered a One Plus 3 to use until an iPhone is launched that is actually substantially different from the previous one.Guvernator said:

Will it actually be the 7 though or another 6? I read 6SE and the 7 next year.
There already is an SE. So you'd have an:iPhone 6
iPhone SE
iPhone 6SE
iPhone 6SE+
Yeah, no way that's confusing.
It appears they're going for thinner for thinners sake, having to remove the 3,5mm jack? :/
Same with samsung and some others, ffs, make it a mm or two thicker, flatten the camera and insert a bigger battery. But no, apparently making it thinner is more cost effective as batteries cost money :/.
Edit: From rumours they are going to upgrade the base model to 32GB, which is, tbh, long overdue.
