My battery is better than that on my old 6.
The battery on my 6 is much better since the IOS10 update. For example, Waze only seems to take about 10% of my battery on my 1hr20 commute, whereas it used to take over 30%. I can get away with charging every other day now rather than every day.robsa said:

Whoever wrote that is a serious bell-end. He is complaining because he got 6 HOURS screen on time? Are you kidding? 6 hours SOT is amazing for a smart-phone.http://www.trustedreviews.com/iphone-7-review

THAT BLOODY VOICE THING CANT BE TURNED OFF. I take screenshots and the button sequence has just been changed so its almost impossible to do it without activating the voice thing and the phone bleeping and wanting a damn voice command so it has to be reset and tried again... and again..

don't be pathetic, i hadn't responded because it's pointless arguing my point because you clearly don't understand the reality of the manufacturing industry. Yes I swear, mother fking theresa this is the internet not a bridge club. I'd put it to bed to be honest but you've dragged it back up and perpetuated the argument for all these other people to have to put up with. Was it worth it?
couldn't answer the question could you though:Pseriously dude, you are far too easy to wind up, have an issue with being able to express yourself without swearing and have an illogical position to defend one company against something every company in this marketplace and similar products does, and that all evidence points towards.

Siri can be turned off in settings?on the topic of handset/car integration unfortunately it's just a perennial one. It takes manufacturers so long to create compatibility with new handsets, they are almost no longer current when the support comes in. If you think about it, manufacturers only really release major updates to their models every 7 years, give or take. For some reason they don't seem to be willing or able to release effective handset compatibility updates to their media software during the lifetime of a particular model. This is why apple carplay was created - a tighter binding between the phone and the car that is supported by apple, rather than the other way round. Not many cars have it yet though. I had a Golf R and the MMI cable support for iPhone 6 was really, really bad. Just kept playing random songs, dropping off entirely and needing me to restart the CAR (not the phone!), loads of glitches... hangs etc. The support for the same phone on my S8 seems to be hugely better but still not perfect.

Anyone recently managed to buy a 7+ for same day pick up? I am after a matte black one but check every morning and there is no stock...
Yes, checked my local store for stock (Southampton) and collected a silver 256 an hour later, very painless.Edit - just checked and there are gold 256's in stock.
