Thanks for sharing.. Sounds a great deal. I'm on BT Broadband already so qualify too. Did you click on the BT Mobile link in Quidco (looks like it's 90 quid cashback maybe?). Did they also confirm the tethering to you as I didn't see it mentioned?
Quidco is now £90 (it was £100 yesterday annoyingly). Tethering is mentioned in one of their Q&A things.

The main annoyance is that yesterday the phone was showing as low stock, today is was available for ordering. I've placed my order but no idea when I'll get it. I just wanted to grab the deal with the amazon voucher before it changed. Although knowing my luck it will go up tomorrow...
Apparently my phone is being delivered today, so not a long wait for new stock at all.

And just to add, BT have now changed their offers. The deal I got is now only 3GB data and £125 gift card.
I managed to just get the 6GB data and 150 quid gift card when I ordered yesterday. No stock for me though so no idea of delivery date. Suits me as my old 5c is still in contract until the end of next month anyway. I've gone for a Mediadevil pouch type case (and one of their temepered glass screen protectors) .. Not everyone's cup of tea but I've really liked this case on my 5c. http://mediadevil.com/browse-by-device/apple/iphon...

It might just be me, but when I look at these I see the blurred foreground first, then the subject. Perhaps the software is flatting things off a bit.

Right... off to the fridge to try that out with a can of whatever we have.

The battery on my 7 was going flat in 1 day, then when i plugged it in to charge, it would turn on and then power off again as it must have been using too much power.

No questions asked and it was replaced straight away, i reckon there is some early issues!

This phone is past 24hrs and still on 46%!

Interesting. It may be coincidence, or just a wayward app, but I'd swear that the battery depletion has been a bit more random since one of the recent iOS updates.

On Friday I became aware of it burning a hole in my pocket (not literally, thankfully) and it had gone from ~80% to 32% in the space of an hour or so without me even using it.

A couple of times since then I've noticed the battery hurtling towards 0%, but at other times it's been almost spookily parsimonious, going down only a few % after an hour or so of screen-on use.

Same apps, same kind of usage (cell/wifi mix).

Anyone else notice anything similar?

Yes, I was at home yesterday and something took the phone from 50% to 8% in under an hour. This is on a 7.
Even when I charged it it took ages to take any charge on - so I killed all the safari tabs, killed all running applications and restarted the phone, seems ok since. Been on since 0630 and heavy use on my way to work, down to 63%

You should be able to see what is doing this from the "Battery" section of the settings app.

That's good going. I'm lucky to get 13 hours. What's your usage like?

My 7Plus arrive on Friday lunchtime and it's still on 60% battery.

Admittedly, I've not really used it yet as I'm waiting for my number to port over and for a case to arrive before I drop it!

I was impressed, up at 6.30, i did play golf in the morning so it wasn't used, but then general use for the rest of the day and this morning still at 50%. 3 times better than the last 7 i had.

My old 6 used to shut down when it was cold outside at around 50%, warm it up and it would turn back on!

Anybody heard of ongoing supply issues with the new 7 and 7plus? My company has just tried to order 28 phones with a mix of 7's and 7 plus' to be told that we can only order a maximum of 2 for immediate delivery! The full order will apparently be 10 weeks. We are working with our contract supplier to find a work around (hopefully I'll be able to go and buy one and expense it) but this seems really rubbish for a device that has now been out for some time and from a company like apple.

AFAIK this is pretty standard for iPhones after launch, even after a few months. Unless you're a proper enterprise-y corporate you're subject to the same '2 limit' that us ordinary punters are.

Picked up an Iphone 7 Plus at John Lewis - the call sound quality seems weird - almost borderline like it's a whatsapp call or a speaker phone....is this a dodgy handset or have others found the same issue? The sound on my Iphone 6 was much more "normal"?

Thanks
