Assuming you are a customer of Virgin, and you don't want to post up the entire email, call them (from the number on their website not in the email) if you want to be sure.
VM moved from Google to their own mail servers a while back. If they actually want to delete "old" mails, then I'd take a backup on your own machine, and then store it elsewhere
