Hi all,

We're looking at digitizing loads of old records going back a few years and had Iron Mountain in to pitch earlier.

Their offering seems pretty good but wondered if anyone here has used them and any thoughts positive or negative?

Thanks,

P.

We use them for offsite back up storage at work and my wife's place use them for all sorts of things, including archiving hard copies. They seem like a reputable company.

Haven't used them for doing actual digitisation work but certainly they've got at least the Oil and Gas market sewn up in terms of offsite records management and archival. As above, they have a good reputation for what they do.

They are a big player, been around for a long time.

Cant imagine they are the cheapest but probably good at what they do

IM will likely be very expensive. Get a few local bureaux to quote, you should be pleasantly surprised.

Big global company, based out of the US. Some interesting stuff they've done with hollowed out mountains and missile silos.

Pretty trusted company, they store some important stuff.
