Microsoft Outlook 365 email send issue

Many thanks for that, I have sent an email (not from Outlook!) to the guy who looks after my website. Fingers crossed this sorts it.
Your website guy may be able to help as he presumably has access to update your domain DNS record but as far as I know the operation of your website won't affect your Outlook 365 emails.I use Outlook 365 for my domain email and I have the SPF record but not the DKIM and DMARC and I don't have any issues with outgoing emails being received by recipients.
Is it possible that your domain is blacklisted? There are sites which can tell you if you are blacklisted.

My reading of the rules that Yahoo and Gmail are starting to enforce DKIM and DMARC is that they only apply to bulk email senders.I use Outlook 365 for my domain email and I have the SPF record but not the DKIM and DMARC and I don't have any issues with outgoing emails being received by recipients.

If you don't have an spf record on your DNS then a lot of email systems will reject your email, but this isn't new.
