Wifi signal receiver booster

Hi i live on a steel boat and due to the faradays cage i am not gettinng th wifi from the office arial is not getting through the steel, and if a boat is next to me there is no signal at all, what i need as a external ariel that can pick up the wifi and transmit it to the inside , i have a pole for the tv ariel 10 foot does anyone know if there is anything to do this . i also have same problem with mobile phone no signal only in one place .
any help or advice would be apreciated
