Xp vs Vista, and processor questions...

I'm running my Q6600 G0 at 3.6 GHz on air cooling and it's perfectly stable (tested using Everest). That's a 50% overclock! I'd imagine the Q9450 would possibly have more in it but I've not looked into Yorkfield overclocking yet.

Does the Mac Pro provide any kind of access to multiplier and voltage settings?
