uTube audio rip ?

How can I rip and save the audio from a uTube video please.

I'm looking to make a fun ringtone for a joke and the only place I've found the clip is on uTube. Once I have any type of AUDIO file, I'm fine, it's just ripping it?

Google "Audacity", it's the first hit. Download and install it and it will record whatever is playing through your PC speakers.
