why was this moved to computer games ? Surely more relevant in the Computers and Stuff section where it was originally posted? Or is that hardware only?

This happened in late Sept and was back up early Oct. They aren't shut down, they'll just move around again.

But they are being hunted badly at the moment by the CRIA.
