How do I clear cookies on windows XP?

I get the cookies folder up, then it goes to index, but I can't get any further.

All help etc.

Thanks

Which Browser are you using?

For Firefox use the Tools... Options... Privacy... Cookies... Clear All - there's probably a similar option for IE6/7...

Alternatively go for something like CCleaner.. Which can clear out loads of info and temp files for you - use with caution!

I had CCleaner pre-installed on another computer, but as I'm a bit thick pooter-wise, I never got the hang of it, so didn't use it, for fear of wiping stuff I wanted to keep.

I'm using IE but can't remember which version, sorry.

In ie7 go to tools > delete browser history.
If your in ie6 then it's tools > General > Delete Cookies.
Hope this helps

hehe Nice one Centurion.

Don't we all?

Anyway, I don't want to delete all of them, just some.

Firefox has a neat tool, which can delete "private" information on exit. It can be set to ask you each time you exit, and gives a list of options to delete, including cookies. Very useful!

Window Washer from Webroot seems to clear out my clutter very well.
