Dont quite get what you want to do so this may be the wrong answer.

Are you after the same sort of functionality you get with the snipping tool in Vista, or Snag It (http://www.techsmith.com/screen-capture.asp )Iif XP or older ?

Thanks Muntu. I should have said copy & paste. However, have downloaded snag-it and it looks like a useful tool but it doesn't seem to recognise a 'Snapshot' view.....So it will not let me select an area of the order to copy.

Snag It allows you to capture a portion of the screen, if that's what you want to do.

Perhaps you could define what you mean by "Snapshot".

"With the Snapshot Viewer, you can view snapshots that are created with any version of Microsoft Access. The download consists of a stand-alone executable program (Snapview.exe), a Snapshot View control (Snapview.ocx), and related files"
