hehe That's how I got it fixed in the end, I reckon. There were probably more things to do but I just wasn't having any of it.
About 2 years ago I had to CC the Thus directors on my complaint to get any sensible response from Demon, although I was unfortunate enough to have a fault while they were moving their support to india. Never had a problem before or since in 10 years of usage, but when it did go wrong it took 3 weeks of hassle between them and BT to get my line back.
