Ripping DVD's to Divx

I am only going to be ripping my own DVD's to Divx so I can play them through my 360 as it won't recognise a DVD jukebox connected to my PC.

Is there a way to pop the DVD in and have the main film only ripped automatically and put in it's own folder or am I going to have to do it manually?
