I can't get my internet working...can anybody please help?

from a working PC, download LSPFIX (find it with google) to a USB sick and run on your duff computer. It might offer to fix a problem, which has fixed symptoms like this for me in the past.

check your IP settings, it might not be set to auto detect the settings & DNS servers. 99% of the time you'll need it set to auto detect when using a router.
control panel -> network connections -> right click your connection -> properties -> click on TCP/IP -> properties
both boxes should be on detect automaticly.


oh & your computer name from the reinstall is different to everyother machine on your network right? if not only one of them will work.

Have you assosiated the pc with the acess point ?

Connections tab
lan settings button
is everything unticked?
