Help Regarding Training

Right a bit of background -

I am working as a tester for a well known car insurance website. We are moving to VSTS and want to conduct all testing within this programme. However as a test team we need to pick up a programming language to allow us to modify our tests. This is going to be either vb.net or C# - I have no previous programming experience, so the question to you lot is - Can you suggest any courses for novices? ideally around south wales or the south west

www.e-academy.ltd.uk have a training centre in Cardiff, I believe they do ms .net training. Haven't used them for a while, but I've always enjoyed training I've had there. Also give http://www.computerworld.co.uk/ a shout, not sure where they run there courses from but they certainly have an office in Bristol.
